Hello... I was wondering if anyone had a good cardamom cookie recipe. I guess I can just add it to another recipe but just though maybe someone out there had a favorite that was tested.
I have seen some with cardamom and pepper. Was leaning toward one that was a little moist instead of hard.... But would appreciate any.... Thanks!!! 
I tried to copy a cardamom cookie from an Indian restaurant. I used a shortbread cookie recipe and added a small bit (about 3/4 tsp). By the way, it was the kind where you rolled the dough into a sausage shape in wax paper, chilled, then sliced into coins & Baked. Nice & Easy!
If you do find a recipe w/ cardamom and pepper, let me know! Sounds great.
(My husband made a curry last week w/ cardamom. Smelled wonderful . . . . all I could think of were those cookies!)
