My question today is, can you freeze left over buttercream? If so, How long will it keep? Hopefullly this can be done as I have a lot of left overs!

Yes, you can!!!! (I sound like Bob the Builder
) I have kept it for months (maybe 3) and it does very well. When you need it, let if defrsot inside the refrigerator, and then when ready to use, take it out and let it come to room temp. Whip back to consistency and VIOLA!!!!! I have done it many times and it always work.....

I had posted this question a few weeks ago and got some good advice. I froze my RED, and we all know how difficult it is to make red! LOL I defrosted it like MariaLovesCakes said and it worked! I freeze all of my left over icing now. Saves me lots of time and $$$! Now my disposal can rest!
I'm so glad to know this! I'm going to clear out some space in my freezer tonight! Yeah!
