Hello - I was wondering if anyone knew of a recipe that makes those really thick sugar cookies. It seems like an easy request - but I am having a hard time finding a recipe that I like. All of my cookies come out too thin...

the recipe from this site is good..no fail sugar cookies! they are thick and you can get quite a lot of cookies out of this recipe! or i did atleast.

when your cookies come out too thin what is in the recipe? baking soda, or alcohol?

What recipes have you used? And how thick do you want the cookies to be?

I use the NoFail recipe, and typically make my cookies about 3/8 inch thick, but have made them thicker and they are still yummy!

Laura.
