Final Project Cake Idea???

i am taking a cake class at my local community college and for our final on Dec. 9 we have to make a tiered cake using at least three methods taught to us in class and so far i am drawing a blank. if anyone can please help icon_redface.gif i would really appricate it thanks
some of the methods we leared are:
1. covering our cakes in fondant
2. string work
3. marzipan and fondant figures
4. gumpase flowers
5. chocolat roses, and moldling chocolate teqnies
6. molding chocolates
7 colorflow
8. crimping and quilting
9. cake painting
10. embossing
11. tube embroderary
12. brush embroderay

I say fondant with string work and either fondant flowers or figurines (like awedding cake) for the topper.

I would suggest: fondant covered cake with string work and gumpaste flowers or chocolate roses. If you wanted to one more step, make your own fondant/gumpaste topper.

thanks you guys those ides sound interesting, looked through the gallery but so many cakes wanted some suggestions then i will sift through the galleries to pinpoint an idea.
