Has anyone seen a recipe for this? I have seen this in the swiss colony catalog and it looks so yummy! I have a pumpkin cheesecake recipe that i got from Emeril's book that is awesome. People at work order them from me at the beginning of the year for thanksgiving! icon_biggrin.gif But, I really want to try this cranberry cheesecake.

My first suggestion would be to make Emeril's pumpkin cheesecake (without the pumpkin):

Divide batter in half; pour one portion of batter into pan, sprinkle with dried cranberries. Add 7 oz. of pumpkin to other portion of batter, pour over the cranberries. Bake as usual.
