Hi I just needed some advice on a cake I'm making for my husbands Horror 30th B'day. I'm baking a Chocolate mud cake & I need to know what icing will go with Chocolate ganache which will be dripping down the cake. I was either thinking chocolate butter cream, chocolate fondant or whipped chocolate ganache? I have no idea what to use as I'm not a big cake eater & haven't got any experience on baking cakes at all icon_confused.gif
