I have an order for a girlfriend who's boyfriend is a gold prospector....I need some ideas....also if anyone has an idea about how to make gold nuggets let me know.....I was thinking MMF or even rice krispies but I'm not sure how to make them "gold"

Please help!!!

You can paint them with gold luster dust. Hope this helps.

I don't know exactly what that wooden trough is called that they pan in, but you could make one of those, or even a stream running through some of the hillside.

You can also buy sheets edible gold leaf. You could cover a piece of fondant shaped like a rock. I like luster dust but it may not be real looking enough if the guy is a true gold digger.

Maybe shape the cake like a rocky hill and have the gold sticking out here and there and little axes on the hillside.

Or do a pot of gold like a lepruchaun would have.
