Can anyone tell me how many days can a cake be left out without refrigeration after covering and/or filling with buttercream (using milk in buttercream)? Most cakes require a lot of time to decorate and there is no way that I can completely decorate a cake 1 day before the requested date, especially when you have more than one cake to do.
