While antiquing on the weekend we were browsing in one shop and I heard DH from the other side gasp and say 'I JUST HAVE to buy you this'. I was trilled thinking it was some pretty dishes ( I love old glassware). I practically ran over and saw this.

Now I love old things...but I have my heart set on a shiny new KA. He was so serious. I felt bad saying no - but it was pretty funny.

lololol.. it is funny...did you actually buy it? or is it the pic from the store? if you did buy it....does it work and what brand is it?? funny though.

if it worked I would buy it.... my grandmas attachments for her kitchen aid are much better..... the meat grinder is metal not plastic.

Aw - it is sweet that he at least knew you wanted one...
I'm a little jealous - I don't have anyone to buy me a KitchenAid, used or new! It is looking like I'm going to giving it to myself for Christmas...or Halloween!

Still though, what a sweet man. His heart is in the right place. You make sure and keep an eye out for some "antique" power tools for him now...lol

Yah, atleast his heart was in the right place! Sounds like my mother in law! She is always bringing over crap from yardsales. Now, she knows that Im the type of person that doesnt like used stuff, just a pet-peeve of mine and she will buy stuff and give it to us for Christmas gifts!!!
But you know, if you have your own shop, that would look really cute in a display window!!
