Hello

I have a friend that asked me to make her banana cookies using real banana's. Has anyone done this? If so how did they tuen out? I'm trying to find a simple recipe I can just add smashed banana's to.

TIA

I haven't tried it yet, but there is a recipe on this site for chocolate chip banana cookies. It looks really good...just haven't had the time to make them! Check the cookie recipe section, and good luck.

This is one of my favorite cookie recipes - Bananaramas

My DH can't have too much dairy and luckily the Crisco site has lots of great recipes. Found this one and LOVE it!! They are yummy and freeze really well. They are !awesome! with semisweet chocolate chunks, but in a pinch I have used regular sized cc. If you have them go for the chocolate chunks -- you won't be sorry!

They had a few others that I haven't tried but they sound good.

I want to try these because of the name -- Elvis Would Have Loved These Peanut Butter Cookies:

I just put a couple spotty bananas aside for baking. Gotta pick up some mini marshmallows, but I'll let you know.
