I know i should know this..... I need to know how long a cake will stay fresh covered in fondant or what is the longest that a plain sponge will keep for wrapped in fondant. from libby please help if you know the answer
I'd say 1 weeks after it's covered with fondant. If you're haven't covered it yet allow 1 week then 1 more week when fondant is on so total 2 weeks from cooking day.Naz
