This is how I make mine. I take white cake scraps and crumble really good - enough for 2 cups. Add 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa. Let this mix a minute and SLOWLY add french vanilla liquid creamer just a little at a time or the mixtur will be too runny. I get it about the consistency of fudge and roll them out about the size of large gumballs. Sometimes I add chopped almonds, mini chocolate chips or leave them plain. Then I let them sit in the freezer for 30 minutes or so. Then I dip them in chocolate almond bark (or vanilla) and let them dry. On some I roll in crushed oreos (my favorite) or sprinkle with nuts. I drizzle chocolate on top of the plain ones. I have an order this weekend. The are SO GOOD! You have to try some..... thumbs_up.gif

The possibilities are endless! Once you make a batch, you'll want to try more! I"m eating some right now!!

I had batter left over when I made a cake this weekend, so I baked 2 6-inch round cakes with teh "Darn Good Chocolate Cake" recipe on this site. Then I mixed in some icing, french vanilla creamer (I use the dry,) and some toffee chips. Someone here suggested baking them again, just for a few minutes; I did that and put powdered sugar on them. YUM!!
