It's pretty easy. Bake your cupcakes and arragne them on a cake board. Once you've got them in a configuation you like, squirt a little icing on the bottom of each one and put it back in it's place. Then ice as you would a regular sheet cake.
As far as charging, it depends on how elaborate you decorate it. I'm doing on tomorrow that will have 18- 20 cupcakes andI'm charging $25. good luck!
