anyone going nuts over this thing??? someone got shot over it at 3 am in Conn somewhere. this is just nuts. wish i had a few though i would sale them on ebay and make a kiling!!!!!!

It's unbelievable, isn't it? My kids (and husband icon_lol.gif ) love our playstation, but there's nothing wrong with the one we have and we certainly aren't going to buy this new one. In a few years when the price comes down and the glitches are worked out, sure, but not until then.

It's just crazy Susan! I watched on the news this a.m. about the shooting and at another store, they only had 10 PS3... so they put out ten chairs and said the first ones to get in the chairs get the PS3. OMG! People were getting trampled all over the place!! icon_surprised.gif They also said on ebay, one was already at $2,800.00!!!!! Why can't I have a few to sell!!

i have been watching ebay all morning i saw one go for a little over 8,000 my best friend has 3. plans to sell 2 of them. what they make off 1 will more than pay for all 3.

lol there was no need to camp out. all my friend did was reserve one from gamestop. they were avaiable for reserve in early october i think.

My MIL was in a Walmart yesterday and asked someone she knows who works there what was up and was told about the new playstation. She told my MIL that they only had about 3 or something and there were way more people than that. icon_lol.gif

People get so nutty over the latest thing. I wish I had a couple new ones though. icon_cry.gif I want to take advantage of someone. icon_twisted.gif

Hmm....we just went to best buy yesterday and saw 6 of them, perhaps we should have bought some to sell on ebay.
