I am looking for any ideas for a camera cake or even pictures of a camera cake. I thought about doing an icing transfer and trying to get it to stand up, but I am afraid it will break so I am leaning more towards a 3D camera

If you wanted to have the lens out... I would use a biscuit cutter to get the center circle.. I would just do a 3d cake I think.. If you don't want to do the whole thing in fondant, you could just smooth buttercream aroudn teh bottom, and do the lens in candy clay? I think that's teh approach I would use. icon_smile.gif Hope that helps.. good luck!

Why not bake a cake in a bread loaf pan, set it on its side and maybe make a cupcake for the lense thingymerbobby. Then use different candies for the buttons.

Happy Baking,
