I have some leftover WBH buttercream, and wonder if I can use it for FBCT? I have a cake to do and debating whether to do a chocolate transfer (know I can make that) or FBCT, which I have not tried yet, and would like to use my leftover WBH icing for this. Thanks!

WBH is Whimsical Bakehouse Buttercream. to me it gets soft very quickly, so wondering if it would be good to use

You could always try it on a practice cake!

Hmmm..... I am thinking that because the WBH bc gets soft quicker it would be ideal for fbct. As you wouldn't have to deal with the squiggles left from filling in your outline and it would spread into the nooks n crannies easier. At least that's what I think would happen. The most important part of an fbct is the freezing and getting it rock hard before you apply it. After it warms up it would meld with the background frosting making it look like you have done the impossible
