For anyone wanting to enter competitions, I have some information about locations.
February 3, 2007 - Sweet Times in the Rockies, Denver, CO
February 3, 2007(?) - Austin, TX
March 10, 2007 - Mid-Atlantic Cake Show, Maryland
March 17, 2007 - Arkansas Cake Club, Little Rock (www.cakesbysam.com)
March 24, 2007 - Sugar Wonders Cake Club, McKinney, TX
All of these can be found on Google.
I'll be judging in McKinney and I may enter some of the others. I don't know which, but I hope to see some of you there.
