Hi I just purchased ready made fondant for the first time. I ordered from goldas, unfortunately it doesn't have an expiry date? I am wondering how long is it good for? and how do I store it? Thanks for your help! korine
Keep in wrapped it saran wrap and then a baggie or air tight container. From what I've been told it can keep for a very long time. Not sure how much to believe that though.
thanks, It's a 5kg pail, and its wrapped in a bag. I'm not too sure how long it will take me to use it up, so I want to make sure I'm not feeding anyone anything that has gone bad.
