i have seen alot of cakes with a sparkle effect kind of dreamy looking, how can i get that effect?
As well the wilton fondant tastes gross, is there a way to make it taste better, i have tried lemon taste but it still tastes nasty.

I am known as a Wilton instructor. So that said: I make my own fondant from thier web site. It is easy and tastes so much better than the store bought. And you can add your own flavor to it. For the sparkly look You can use either sparkling sugar or cake sparkles that are made by Wilton. HTH>

A sparkle or shiny affect can be achieved by dusting luster dust on the fondant--a very pretty affect.

I have not found anything that makes Wilton fondant taste any better... icon_sad.gif So I only use it for making figures or pieces that will not be eaten. Try the MMF--there is a recipe here--tsates pretty good!
