when I crumb coat the cake do I cover or put make in the frige? Then I am going to deco one cake almost completly...how can I keep that from getting moist...its going to be (if I can find a good BC I like)BC how do I cover etc and just sit in frige till the next morning then I can just work on the other one that might get the fondant the next day???

I just dont want anything to mess up but I wont have time to do both the day of party and also I will being doing these at night so my twins dont see them also....or they will never get done.
Any advist PLEASE!!!!

if you are using frosting and fillings that do not require refrigeration, just crumb coat them and cover the one you aren't working on with a cake dome or plastic wrap until you are ready for it. If fillings/frostings are perishable, it's ok to wrap them and refrig them. Just take it out and decorate when ready. I think you'll be fine.

ditto.....i usually don't cover mine, but they usually end up in the fridge.

It will have alot of work to do on it and I have to have it done the night before and it can get humid in my house....I dont want colors to fade....but I have to do this one so I can try and do the other one before the party even then I am not sure how I will since I wont have but 2 hours so I have to get as much done as possible...thanks
