I made the MMF for the first time tonite. I have been hesiitant and havent really needed it yet. I Have used Wiltons just for decorations. The forndant turned out great! I added 2 tsp. of Creme Royal (Sugarcraft) and it taste awesome. I'm not a big seet eater, but this stuff is good enough to eat like candy! icon_biggrin.gif

It seems a little softer though, than the Wilton stuff. Is this normal or can I work in a little more powered sugar when I'm ready to use it?

I enjoy the flexibility of MMF..I like to add peppermint..it's so refreshing and tasty! Personally if it's softer, it's easier to work with. As long as it isn't cracking or splitting I wouldn't worry about it.
