I know that it is a stupid question. And I am sorry. I had never heard of these until I joined this site. I was just too embarrassed to ask until now.
And also could someone explain me to me how you do yours? Thanks so much.

It's a small, square cut cake frosted and decorated. Search the galleries and you'll find some.

I'm wondering this too. do you make a sheet, cut it into indiv servings and glaze? What kind of glaze/frosting do you use? Can you put a bc decoration on top? How would you store them or transport them?

Wow dunce.gif That was a lot of questions!

Never amde any, but I've seen people put little buttercream flowers on them. Do a search in the galleries and I'm sure you'll see a ton. icon_wink.gif

Allow yourself plenty of time for these. There are several ways to do them. I bake my cake in a jelly roll pan, you do not want these extremely tall. You can do straight cake or make two and put a filling in them, or make one and squirt some filling in them like a twinkie. You can cut them in squares, or use metal cutters in different shapes. You could also bake some mini cups and turn them upside down and ice. Some people use a poured fondant or melted chocolate to coat them. Once the icing has set, you can put a small flower or other small decoration on them. I use the cupcake papers to put each one in. When you are pouring, make sure that the coating completely covers the cake. Use a cooling rack to set your cakes on so the icing will fall through, you can reuse it. Let the cakes dry completely before picking them up, and use a spatula to slide under the cake to remove from screen. These are time consuming. Good Luck.

Thank you for the help. I will have to post the pics when I do them. I won't be making them until Dec.
