I am intrested in opeaning a bakery in Northern Ca ( I Live in Lathrop but want a business in Modesto) Does anyone know where I can find a list of required equipment and requirements? I have searched everywhere.
contact the department of agriculture, or contact somebody in your local permits office and they will point you in the right direction. I don't know if the information is actually posted anywhere, but they will tell you if you ask. HTH!
