My BIL only really likes yellow cake but I know if I made a yellow cake with a mocha swirl through it, he would love it. Would I just use some of the yellow cake batter and add instant coffee to it for the swirl? Any ideas??
Thanks!

Hello...I am not sure but this is a thought.....Take a Ducan Hines Marble cake mix. When you make the cake you use a cup of the yellow cake mix and the choco. pack to make the swirl. Just add some coffee in the choc. mix then swirl it in the cake mix (like when you make a marble cake.) I hope I explained it well....what you think....

That would work very well. What would be even better is brewed espresso. The stronger the flavor the more it stands out.
You could also 'Mocha' the Icing.
