Can Frosting W/2 Tbspns Cream Cheese Stay Unrefrigerated?

I have a recipe for a lowfat frosting that I want to use. It calls for:
1/3 cup margerine
2 Tbspns nonfat cream cheese
1/2 Tbspn vanilla
4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbspn milk
Can this stay at room temperature or does it need to be refrigerated???
