Hi all --
I just got a mini-bundt pan (yay!) and want to make get well cakes to ship to a friend across the country. I've never used this pan before and would love your ideas for bundt cake recipes that ship well.

Thanks so much!

JanH how much do you think the mini bundt cakes would sell for? I was thinking of $5. Is that reasonable, too much, too little? Thanks.

The mini-bundts range from tea cake to small cake sizes:

What size were you thinking of selling?
