I just talked to Maureen, too! I ordered the leveler for my birthday gift (42 last Friday) from my new hubby.

I saw Maureen, a really great gal from our lovely state of Massachusetts, demonstate it on a topsy-turvy whimsical cake. She even torted a cake into thin layers for petit fours, which was amazing.

So.......I'm VERY excited that my order has been place. I told her that every cake decoration that owns her leveler recommends the product 100%. Moreover, I love to support a woman in business for herself. thumbs_up.gif Finally, she charges only actual shipping costs.

The one I have been using on occasion is owned by a friend who bought it over 8 years ago; she's never had to even sharpen the blade and it just works so well that *sniff* I get downright teary eyed.

Here's a prayer to the cake goddesses/gods that every sugar artist gets to own the Agbay leveler someday.

I so love mine, I just have a hard time using the rulers. But then again, I'm a dork.

When I ordered mine, I had 2 large sheet cakes and 2 wedding cakes comming up. I had no idea what I was going to do to tort and fill those sheets and large layers. I called on a Tuesday and got my Agbay on Friday. Just in time, because I needed it Saturday. I should have bought it last year, what was I waiting on?

My Agbay is the best money I've spent on cake supplies.
