will somebody tell me hove to make cake like this. I am interested in cake stacking, and whole making process if it's possible. the picture is from the internet

thank you very much for all instructions, it's more clear to me now, but I would like to see article posted in the articles section, step by step in pictures with explanations, making dowel staking constuction icon_smile.gif If somebody could do that, I think that many of us here would be very icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

I can totally understand how to do the dowel/styro wedge method...but it looks like the cake is tilted a lot. I'd be scared to tilt a cake at that sharp of an angle!! I know there's dowels holding it on the board, but still... I've already had to re-bake a couple of topsy turvy tiers because they were cracking under the weight of the fondant.

Could this be done with something less heavy than fondant , like super smooth buttercream? What an amazing cake!

Yes, they can be done with buttercream.
