White Chocolate Snowflakes On Lollipop Sticks?

Do you just sit the stick down on paper and pipe? Anyone who has made white chocolate snowflakes, are they sturdy or fragile? Compared to royal? Should I deliver this cake or let them pick it up? It all depends on the stability of the flakes. Are there thin stick? Mine look so fat I wonder if they will look odd sticking out of a cake holding snowflakes or will they kind of blend in with many of them together? Thankd for any input!

Do you have a picture of what kind of look you're going for? You can use sticks, but I don't know if you're going to find ones thin enough to look right. I would recommend a high guage wire. You can pipe the white chocolate snow flakes and then when their almost set add the wire or stick in to the back. If you use sticks, put a couple on sticks, then pipe additional ones you can position in front of the sticks to hid them. You may want to deliver or have them pick up without the snowflakes in, and then add the snowflakes after the cake is at it's final destination.
what about using skewers?? They're pretty thin......what I would do is pipe out the snowflakes.....maybe make them a couple layers thick, allow it to set up and then pipe over it again..and repeat this ....then once they're completely done I would take a skewer and just attatch it to the back with a little squirt of melted chocolate!
THank you, I like the skewer idea, can I get white skewers?
