After a long week I was finishing up 2 birthday cakes for tomorrow. On one I had a small bordered oval with the writing inside. I honest to goodness wrote inside 4 times trying to get it straight, spelled correctly, spaced correctly, etc, when I realized I had written the wrong name on the wrong cake. Instead of throwing the cake out the window, I decided to scrape, yet again. Of course I must have scraped in anger because I hit cake. So after adding more icing which I could not smooth in such a small space I decided to try a "textured" look--yeah, not so good. 
Desperate, I grabbed small round sprinkles (yes, sprinkles!) and scattered around the writing, hopefully masking some of the disaster. Well, it worked better I guess than scraping cake off the wall... If I could figure out my camera I would attach a pic...
