I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suggesting on how to keep my frosting from getting too soft due to my hands being too warm. I can make stiff consistency & within minutes it turns to medium to soft. My instructor has suggested to make the frosting stiffer or put it into the freezer but then it is really stiff & then changes while I am doing the decorations.

I have the same problem! What I do is fill 2 bags. I stick one in the fridge while I am using the other and trade off when I get too soft!

Keep either a cold wet towel near you to pick up everyonce in a while, or even try one of those ice packs for injuries on the counter/table and pick it up or even just place your hand on it to cool it down some. These might work. Good luck icon_biggrin.gif

I take one 9" round cake pan, put ice in it, then put another 9" round cake pan on top of the ice. I keep any bags for flowers in that pan, I have heaters for hands and this is the only way I can keep my frosting from turning to soup icon_lol.gif
