I'm teaching a four-week cake decorating class at the local high school. Any tips on teaching a class? It will meet once a week as an elective. I'd love to hear from experienced teachers on what has worked for you and what hasn't!

I have found that getting kids to be very hands on and help teach each other works very well. Give them full reign to their imagination and you may be very surprised. icon_biggrin.gif
