Hi Everyone...
I'm in a bit of a rush to complete a cake. I need royal icing decoration.

How can I make royal icing dry faster.

Put it in the oven with the light turned on (keep the oven off!). Or sometimes I'll put it under my desk lamp.

I use a hairdryer on cool.

I pipe my decorations on aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and bake in a 200º oven for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool completely and peel off the foil.
