I'm making a cake with a FBCT-I'm being overly obsessive and making 3 just in case...... can I stack them frozen between wax paper? Will they lift off ok?

Yeah I think 3 might be a little obsessive...but I have been known to make things over and over and over again until I get it right! I would say you could stack them lightly. I always just leave mine on a cake circle or board in the freezer.

not obsessive, just careful planning! lol, and you can always use them for something else.

I used to work for an ice cream store. you can layer them between wax paper or parchment paper, and lay them on a cake circle and then slip them into a zip lock bag.

I wouldn't stack them up too high, and I would make sure they were frozen for a few days before you store them
