so I got that wilton cupcake stand for 13 cupcakes. While it was really cute I couldnt fit the cupcakes on the top two tiers! I managed to teeter the cupcakes on the 2nd tier and I could not put the top cupcake on at all. They fit well on the bottom. So I guess the trick is to make you cupcakes small?? I didnt think I made them EXTRA huge or anything. Any tips? You can see my cupcakes in the gallery to see what I mean!

When I used it I used normal size cupcake holders and didn't have any problem. Your cupcakes are cute but they do look bigger than what I made so I guess these stands are made for the normal size cupcakes. icon_smile.gif

Um that good to know not to make the cupcakes to big. I've been wanting to purchase one but for some reason have not. I'm putting this on the christmas list for the hubby! LOL

Well they were just normal size cupcakes, but I guess you just cant have any cake coming up over the cupcake paper.

I've had the same problem, I've always put more batter in the cupcakes than called for but with the stand I have to be careful of how big they are.

Okay then, so if I make a smaller cupcake,it should work next time. It was so frustrating!

ok i use mine all the time and have yet to have a problem.....(mine is also the 13 cupcake stand---but I am also getting the big one for x-mas)...anyway...make sure that you kind of bend the where the cupcakes go so that they kind of tilt out...I had some that were flat as a pancake when i got it...if you look in my pics, you will see 4th of july cupcakes in the stand as well as monogram cupcakes for my niece's b-day party...I didnt have trouble with either one.
