Has anyone attended the pastry program at Culinary School of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado? It is the shortest program that I have found, but is it enough?

I've never attended that program, but I did attend a 3-week program at the New School in New York. It was 5 days a week from 6pm-9pm. I thought that was enough. I learned a lot. Plus the instructors said the rest of the learning that we might need should come from hands on experience in a bakery or restuarant.
