I'm thinking that if you're a part of this program, you'll know what WCAA is. I was about to send in my final papers and the check, when I read the prohibition about press releases. Anyone else signup up for (OK, here is is) Wedding Cakes Across America and the new David's Bridal partnership?
There are so many rules that I'm getting hacked off with this program.

We signed up for it. The David's Bridal that we will be associated with sells 400 wedding dresses a month and they are only accepting three bakeries. The contract we got specifies that we get out money back if after 90 days we haven't increased our business by 20%
For me, the biggest attraction was that David's Bridal is the type of place that hits brides very earlier in their decision making cycle. As soon as they get the ring, the first thing they want to do is try on dresses, so off to the mall they go.
Home based bakers are not eligible and the insurance requirements are stringent ( million dollar policy).
