is it mmf or regular fondant with gelatin and glucose? My thoughts would be to knead it more. If it is mmf. use a little more crisco because it is too dry. if it is regular fondant, you can try just getting your hands damp and kneading it in conf sugar. sounds silly but it works. good luck
