No Attachments In This Forum?

I'm trying to attach a photo and there is no attachments option in the lounge forum. It's just a painting I recently made so I don't think it belongs anywhere else...any suggestions?

i was going to tell you that i tried the other night to add one here & it wouldn't work hmmmmmm

i wonder if it's always been this way & i just hadn't noticed

i think i'm going to send this link to Heath, maybe he could answer this question.

Did you try the image or URL tags up by the message body options, maybe they will work. ? [/url]

zam--i just tried to add an attachment like i would with a picture & there's not that option

The lounge does not allow attachments. The main reason for that is that we don't want to be in the situation of moderating what people attach in here. With the other areas, the attachments are usually only cakes.

In here, the topics are not very limited in scope, and as a consequence, the images uploaded may not be either.

I am sure an agruement can be made in either direction, but it comes down to the choice that we want our moderators to be able to focus on the cake related discussions as much as possible.

thank you heath & as i was going to post a quote, you were right it was totally unrelated to cakes.

it would make perfect sense not to allow a free for all in the lounge
