Vodka?

i want to dip the tip of fondant roses in some glitter but i heard to use vodka i don't have any will vavilla extract work?

Yes but if it does not have as high of alcohol content and will not dry as fast.

Any clear high alcohol content spirit will work. Be careful with vanilla, since it's brown and will color your roses. Lemon extract is clear and works well, too. Or orange.
