Usually I charge $2/serving for buttercream iced and $3/serving for fondant iced. Your cake sounds like it should serve about 38 going by earlenescakes.com wedding cake servings. So I would charge around $76. But that's me and my area.

Everyone charges differently because we all have different food cost. All my three tiered cakes start @ $84.00. Aan that is a 8",6" and 4".

Can you figure out your cost for ingredients? I usually multiply that amount by 2.5 or 3 times to get the cost of the cake.
