Ok, this may be a really stupid question but I'm really confused. I know you have to 'mark' the cake (bottom half) to cut out the circle to set the top half in..My question is...do I have to put a board back in that hole once I have the fondant on it....before I put the top half in it? Can someone help me straighten out my head? Thanks!
