Is it possible to make one? Like the big chocolate chip cookie cakes?

yes, it is possible. Wilton makes a giant cookie pan (round and heart shaped). I've used them both and they turn out great.

great - thanks. You just used your regular recipe for the cookies and patted it into the pan? Did you change the oven temp or anything?

pat the dough into the pan, not all the way to edge though. The cookie will need room to expand. For the chocolate chip recipe it says to cook it at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
