I have a cake to do for this Saturday. It's going to be buttercream, with a chocolate mousse filling. The mousse will be made out of chocolate dobash (not sure if I spelled that right) and pastry pride. The woman is going to pick it up and then drive two hours with it. Will it be ok for it to be unrefrigerated that long?

Well, Pastry Pride is similiar to Rich's bettercreme which is a non-dairy filling/frosting.

It should be stable for several hours unrefrigerated.

Unless the woman has a long car trip back to her home, the cake should be fine - unless there are other dairy ingredients in the mousse that require refrigeration.
