I could not find the brand Melvira mentioned at Home Depot. The ones I got are made by "ROLLER Foam". they do say high density on the ones with the handles. The refills seem the same and feel the same but don't have the words high density on them. The small one is more like 3 inches. Are these ok? If you could answer before I use them today, that would be great!!! Thank you all.

mxdiva - it's a method of smoothing BC icing using a (new and clean) foam paint roller. You wait for your BC to crust and then roll it with the roller, and VOILA!! the perfect BC icon_biggrin.gif

Melvira is one of the girls here on the site who came up with this awesome way of making perfectly smooth bc using a paint roller. Here's the link to a thread she started documenting it, along with some extras by other cc'ers who chimed in with a few tips of their own.
