I am using a doctored cake mix recipe, using lemon of course, but want to make it more "lemony". Will lemon extract do the trick and how much do I add? Any other suggestions?

Lemon Lorann oil is great. Not sure how much you should add but I just used 1/4 t for a batch of BC (2 lbs. PS to give you an idea of batch size) and it definitely turned out "lemony". Lorann oils are very concentrated so you don't need much.

Thanks! I've been meaning to try them but wasn't sure how.

I made the Lemon Supreme Pound Cake (found in the Recipe section) and my customer said it was tooooo lemony...it has lemon jello and lemon glaze with a lemon cake...that's a lot of lemon!!
