When I have done cookies in the past, I just keep them in a airtight container, such as Tupperware and put a piece of bread in the bottom of the container. Your cookies will stay soft and fresh and the bread will become hard as a rock. ![]()

Tins with tight fitting lids work very well for me. All sizes.
I make so many Christmas cookies people save those tins you get the three kinds of popcorn in for me. I have a collection of those you would not believe! ![]()
