Just bought and tried the gingerbread coffee creamer... and it is wonderful.. I mixed it in a white cake and since my daughter was helping we put the "little debbie" gingerbread men around it.. I think it was really good not as good as the caramel vanilla..

There's also a peppermint or "candy cane" coffee creamer that I haven't tried. I guess that can be our next experiment.

I used the peppermint/mocha yesterday in some cake balls and really liked it.

Are you adding to your cake mix and how much are you adding.

I have only used in cake balls.

I only used 2 tablespoons.. you can taste a hint of gingerbread but it's not overpowering.. I guess you could add more.. It makes the house smell good when it's baking that's for sure!!
