food is good--let's see I baked a punkin pie, apple pie, and a triplechoc. fudge cake with choc. buttercream icing, covered in ganache, and surrounded with choc. tiles today--all for some one else and MAN I WANT IT!!!

I made some greek butter cookies this weekend for me. They are called Kourambiethes. Dont ask me how to say it cause I dont know. But they were extra yummy.

Its just butter, flour, powered sugar, egg yolks, vanilla & flour.

go to http://www.java.com/en/
It will say at the top of the page something about downloading it for free onto your computer. Click on that, and as it is installing or afterwards, it will give you an option of adding Google to your toolbar.... It's been a while since we did it, so I don't remember exactly what all it said...

the best thing ever. Ganache saved a cake for me last week after my first attempt at SMBC failed miserably!
Midnight? Cake half way done? No problem. 2 minutes and VOILA! Delicious Yummy ganache all over the cake!
