Just an FYI....
I made this fosting today for my mom's b-day carrot cake and it ROCKS. Everyone went nuts over it.
So if any of ya are looking for a REALLY good whipped frosting, this is it. It does have cream cheese in it but the cream cheese flavor is very light. Mmmmmm!!!!!!

I think this recipe is exceptional.

It's one of my favorites!

Although I found that 1/2 cup sugar was enough...
